Version 2026-06-29·Effective 2026-06-29·Last updated 2026-06-29
This Cookie Policy explains how HPP Design (54 Holding Srl, Via Giuseppe Mazzini 5, 37047 San Bonifacio (VR), Italy, VAT No. IT04395100235) uses cookies and similar technologies on hpp-design.com and app.hpp-design.com.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device when you visit a website or use an online service. Cookies can help a website work, keep you logged in, remember preferences, measure use of the service and support security.
Cookies may be:
- session cookies, which expire when you close the browser;
- persistent cookies, which remain for a defined period;
- first-party cookies, set directly by HPP Design;
- third-party cookies, set by external providers whose services are used on HPP Design.
Similar technologies may include local storage, pixels, tags, SDKs or server-side identifiers.
2. Cookie categories used by HPP Design
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the website and app to work. They support login, authentication, session management, fraud prevention, security, form protection, cookie preference storage and checkout functionality. They do not require consent where they are strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user.
2.2 Functional or preference cookies
These cookies and local storage entries remember choices such as language, units of measurement, interface theme or "remember me" login settings. Where they are requested by the user or necessary to provide the chosen feature, they may be used without consent. Where they are not strictly necessary, they are used according to applicable consent rules.
2.3 Analytics cookies
These cookies help us understand how users interact with the website and app, which pages are visited, whether errors occur and how the Services can be improved. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.
2.4 Marketing cookies
With your consent, we use Albacross, a business-to-business visitor identification service, to recognise the company or organisation associated with a visit so that we can understand which businesses are interested in our Services and follow up with relevant professional communications. Albacross matches the visitor's IP address against a business database; it is used to identify organisations, not to build advertising profiles of individuals.
We do not use advertising, ad-targeting or cross-site behavioural advertising cookies. Marketing cookies are loaded only with your consent and can be refused or withdrawn at any time.
2.5 Payment cookies
When you proceed to checkout, our payment provider Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies for security, fraud prevention, payment processing and regulatory compliance. These cookies are governed by Stripe's policies.

4. Analytics and marketing providers
4.1 Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, with your consent, to collect information about how users interact with HPP Design, such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, events and session information.
Analytics is configured in a privacy-friendly way, including IP anonymisation or equivalent measures, restricted data sharing, reasonable retention settings and no advertising features. Google Analytics is not loaded before you have given your consent.
4.2 Albacross
We use Albacross (Albacross Nordic AB, registered in Sweden), with your consent, for business-to-business visitor identification. Albacross processes the visitor's IP address and related technical data and matches it against a business database to identify the company or organisation associated with the visit. We use this information for lead generation and to understand which businesses are interested in our Services. Albacross sets first-party cookies (nQ_cookieId, nQ_visitId, valid up to one year) and its tag is not loaded before you have given your consent.
Albacross identifies organisations rather than building advertising profiles of individuals. For the visitor data processed on our behalf, Albacross acts as our data processor under its Data Processing Agreement; Albacross also processes data as an independent controller for its own purposes, such as improving its services, as described in its own privacy and cookie policies.
5. How we collect consent
When you first visit HPP Design, a cookie banner allows you to:
- accept all non-essential cookies;
- reject all non-essential cookies;
- manage choices by category;
- access this Cookie Policy before making a choice;
- change or withdraw choices at any time.
Consent is freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous. Pre-ticked boxes, inactivity, silence and mere scrolling are not used as valid consent for non-essential cookies.
If you reject non-essential cookies, HPP Design stores that choice and does not repeatedly ask for consent unless the relevant processing changes, cookies are deleted, or the applicable period for refreshing choices has elapsed.
6. How to change cookie preferences
You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the website footer or in the cookie banner.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the website or app may not work correctly, including login, account security or checkout.
7. Updates to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy if we add, remove or change cookies, providers or purposes. Material changes to non-essential cookies may require a renewed consent request.
